With over 18 years of experience in the Early Years sector, Shital has worked in a variety of nursery settings, embracing pedagogical approaches ranging from Montessori to learning through play. Her career has been dedicated to fostering children's development and nurturing a love for learning through ensuring hands-on experiences, with colleagues, children and parents. Her experience in leadership and management have been instrumental for her, to set out this new venture.

She proficiently creates innovative approaches and utilises play as a fundamental learning tool to facilitate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development. Shital has been committed to building strong partnerships with parents and the community, promoting a collaborative approach to children's learning and well-being.
